We are a group of UCR alumni/students, workers, neighbors and community members organizing a mutual aid fund, resource sharing and neighborhood support activities. We coordinate food & supply drop offs, prescription pickups, resource-sharing and other community support activities, with a prioritization of vulnerable populations.
There are many community members who are in need. They might be our neighbors or they might live across town. The Riverside Mutual Aid Network exists to connect community members with resources to community members with needs. By repurposing social pathways, we can help our fellow Riversiders facing difficulties in ways that traditional government and non-profit entities can’t.
